Experienced international winger arrives at The Lamex Stadium

Stevenage have signed Jamaican international winger Jobi McAnuff on a free transfer.

The 34-year old brings a wealth of experience having played more than 550 games in a career which has seen him play for Wimbledon, West Ham, Crystal Palace, Watford and Reading among other clubs.

His longest spell came at Reading where he made 189 appearances, helping the Royals to promotion to the Premier League and captaining them in the top flight.

Jobi has also represented his country on 29 occasions and played in all three group games of this summer’s Copa América Centenario tournament in the United States.

The first chance to see Jobi in action should be this Saturday's pre-season friendly against Brighton & Hove Albion (5.30pm). Tickets are £12 for adults & concessions, £10 for Under-19s and £5 for Under-12s and can be purchased in-store, online at www.borotickets.co.uk or on the cash turnstiles on Saturday.
