The story so far…
Oxford are languishing near the lower-reaches of the table, just three points ahead of the relegation zone going into the game on Saturday. With just seven wins all season, the club have struggled to string positive results together and a particularly poor home record has frustrated fans. With just one win in their last six, Oxford will be eager to get moving up the table and get one over on Boro at the weekend.
Recent form:
Last time we met:
It wasn’t pretty but Boro earned a point away at the Kassam Stadium as the two sides slugged it out for a 0-0 draw in September. Just a few days after travelling to Bury, a fatigued Boro put in a disciplined performance away from home which frustrated the opposition and ultimately, earned a result.
