Stevenage FC is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Manager.
Hours: Approx 20 hours per week. Flexible, to be mutually agreed.
Location: The Lamex Stadium, Stevenage, Herts
Salary: Role will command £35-38k pa full time equivalent salary
Reporting to the Chairman, Stevenage Football Club is looking for a qualified accountant to deliver the finance function of the organization.
You will be responsible to ensure that the finances are up to date and fully compliant with PAYE, VAT, TAX and other appropriate regulations. Your responsibility will include detailed cash flow management and dynamic budgeting. You will prepare financial and management account information that is timely and accurate, being fully reconciled to the underlying data. You will supervise payroll payments.
The department is well staffed with dynamic and skillful staff whose work you will be expected to direct and assist as required.
You will be responsible for the preparation of comprehensive working papers for the auditors and resolution of issues to enable speedy production of the financial accounts.
