Stevenage striker Byron Harrison has agreed a move to AFC Wimbledon for a five-figure fee.
The 24 year old passed a medical and agreed personal terms with the club on Tuesday, and becomes their record signing since being founded in 2002.
Harrison, who signed in January 2011 from Carshalton Athletic, hit the ground running with his Boro career and despite the large step up he netted 8 times in the club's League Two Play off final winning team, including braces against Gillingham and Cheltenham Town.
Since promotion to League One the striker has scored twice, his first of the season began a comeback as Stevenage came from two goals down to secure a point at home to Hartlepool United. The second came in a fantastic away performance that saw Boro take all three points from Gigg Lane in a 2-1 win over fellow League One new boys Bury.
