Boro’s pre season trip to Dublin began yesterday and after taking a coach and boat the lads arrived at their hotel last night.
The group, who will face St James’ Gate tonight and UCD on Tuesday evening, tucked into a nutritious dinner upon arrival and were in good spirits throughout the journey.
The boat trip provided lots of laughs, with a kick up competition and magic tricks just part of the experiences, and as Gary Smith has pointed out throughout the off-season, his carefully selected additions are already settling into the Boro mould nicely!
There will be a training session this morning before the club run Soccer Camps in Dublin and the first fixture at 7.30pm this evening. Due to facilities there will be no Twitter updates of tonight’s game however a report will be online on Sunday.
