Stevenage have agreed terms for Michael Bostwick and Lawrie Wilson to move up to the Championship and the pair have now completed moves to their new clubs.
Bostwick has signed for Peterborough and Wilson has completed a move to newly promoted Charlton Athletic. Both fees are undisclosed.
Chairman Phil Wallace said "We have always said that we will not stand in the way of allowing lads to move on if the conditions crucial to our club policy have been met and our valuation is agreed. All those factors were in place for Michael and Lawrie and so they'll move on.
"They have each invested over 4 years of their lives in Stevenage FC and they absolutely deserve this chance. I'm sorry to see them go and it will be strange at first watching a Stevenage side without them, but the personal terms they have been able to secure for themselves and their families, comparative to their present earnings, will change their lives and I'm delighted for them.
"I'm sure our fans will feel the same way and wish them the very best in their new careers"
