An exciting job opportunity has arisen at Stevenage FC for a bright, bubbly individual. 
Main purpose of job: To perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Administrator and Retail Manager as required.

Duties include: 
• Assisting the Administrator as necessary and deputising in her absence
• Assisting the Retail Manager in the Club Shop with the sale of merchandise and match tickets
• Answering general queries by telephone 
• Photocopying/scanning documents 
• Maintaining filing systems
• Ordering stationery 
• Responding to Donation requests
• Supporting other members of the organisation from time to time
• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required

Good communication skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office systems are essential.  

Retail experience and a knowledge of SAGE 50 would be an advantage.
