Stevenage FC is seeking to appoint a highly capable, energetic Management Accountant.

You will be responsible for the finance function of the Club reporting into the Board. Duties will include the day to day management of the small accounts team, supervising the sales and purchase ledgers. This will be a hands on role with duties to include supervision of the sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, general ledger control, collating payroll information, VAT returns, monthly management accounts, cash flow and audit management. The role will be varied and busy. This is a full time position for a partly qualified, qualified or QBE person, or we can be flexible on hours to create a position of 30 hours per week if necessary.

Applicants need to be an experienced accounts professional with good all-round accounts experience and knowledge of Sage Line 50 software.
