Stevenage FC would like to inform supporters of some important changes to the way that you shop with the club!

First we can confirm that the £1 booking fee for purchasing match tickets online has been abolished. Ordering your tickets to matches at the Lamex Stadium is now easier than ever before, by simply clicking here you will be taken to the club’s online booking portal and you can either purchase tickets in the terraces or pick your seat in the Main Stand.

The club feel that every fan should have the chance to buy online and don’t think that you should have to pay extra for it, so we are not passing this fee onto the customer!

We can also confirm that, should you not be able to buy online, tickets can be purchased in the club shop at any time during its opening hours. In addition you can also pay using your debit card in the club shop and there is no extra fee for doing so. Credit cards are also accepted however there is a £1 charge for this.

The Stevenage FC Club Shop has trialled new extended opening hours since the beginning of August however the results have been unsuccessful and we have now made the decision to adjust opening times again. Please be aware that these times will be revised during peak times, such as Christmas or on in the event of a big cup draw.

In effect immediately, the club shop opening hours are now as follows:

Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday Home Match Day: 10:00am – 7:30pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am -5:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday (Non home match day): 10:00am – 12:00pm
Saturday (Home match day): 12:00pm 3:00pm
Sunday: CLOSED

Further exciting developments are on their way to the Lamex Stadium, with a new dedicated ticket office set to open shortly. Rather than queue on turnstiles and not be able to pick your seat in the main stand you will soon be able to get hold of your ticket before a trip to the Broadhall Suite and also select from available seats in the Main Stand.
