Just four teams have maximum points after their first two Sky Bet League 1 games.

Leyton Orient followed up their 5-1 win at Carlisle last weekend with a 3-0 home victory over Shrewsbury thanks to goals from David Mooney (2) and Moses Odubajo. The league leaders visit The Lamex Stadium next Saturday.

Peterborough overcame Notts County in a six-goal thriller at Meadow Lane which saw Posh run out 4-2 winners, whilst both Walsall and Colchester picked up 1-0 wins against Oldham and Port Vale respectively.

Nahki Wells scored his third goal in three games as Bradford thrashed Carlisle 4-0 at Valley Parade whilst Wolves picked up their first victory of the campaign with a 4-0 win over newly promoted Gillingham at Molineux with goals from Leigh Griffiths (2), Lee Evans and Bakary Sakho.

Two of last season’s losing playoff teams, Brentford and Sheffield United, met at Griffin Park with the Bees taking all three points in a 3-1 victory helped by two goals on his home debut by Will Grigg.
