Striker Jordan Burrow spoke to Boro Player after his two goals helped Boro pick up a point at Port Vale today.
He told us, “I was really pleased to get the start and the two goals I’m really pleased with too. The disappointing thing is that we didn’t manage to hang onto the win after being 2-1 in front."
On the goals he told us, “For the first I’ve just got in front of my man and it’s gone in the far corner. And for the second I’ve got the ball, taken a touch, swiveled and found the back of the net
“It was nice to score at that end and celebrate in front of the Boro fans. They seemed to enjoy themselves.”
