Five Boro loanees were in action this weekend and all remained unbeaten with their respective clubs.
In Skrill Premier, Dani Lopez returned from a shoulder injury to take his place on the bench for Barnet in their 1-0 win at Hyde. The Spaniard, who has been out of action since early November, came on for the final 13 minutes.
In Skrill South, Michael Thalassitis helped Ebbsfleet secure their ninth straight win – a club record – by setting up the second goal in their 2-0 home win against Sutton United. Just past the hour the striker put Billy Bricknell through on goal and he calmly slid the ball into the back of the net. He also had a couple of half chances himself before being replaced on 78 minutes.
Meanwhile both George Allen and Matt Ball played the full 90 minutes for Bishop’s Stortford and Boreham Wood in their victories over Basingstoke Town (5-3) and Whitehawk (0-2) respectively.
Finally in the Calor Southern Premier, Jo N’Guessan featured for Arlesey Town in their 1-1 draw with Truro City. Whilst the youngster didn’t score he did everything but, forcing the Truro keeper into a number of saves and generally causing havoc all afternoon for the visiting defence.
