Six Boro loanees were in action this weekend and recorded three wins, one draw and two defeats between them.

In Skrill South, Michael Thalassitis scored for the fifth home game in succession as Ebbsfleet came from a goal down to beat Whitehawk 3-1. The Cypriot U21 international struck from close range nine minutes after the break to give the hosts a lead they never relinquished.

Defender George Allen played the full 90 minutes as Bishop’s Stortford lost 2-0 at Staines whilst Matt Ball played 69 minutes for Boreham Wood in their 2-2 draw at Bath City. 

Of the U18s currently enjoying work experience at lower league clubs, Jimmy Hartley scored both goals as London Colney ran out 2-0 winners against Hadley in the Molten Spartan South Midlands Premier Division.

Harold Joseph was a 66th minute sub for Arlesey, who beat fellow strugglers Bedford Town 3-0 in the Calor League Premier Division, whilst Alex Cathline’s Crawley Down Gatwick lost 2-1 at Faversham Town in the Ryman South Division.
