Francois Zoko has been nominated as Player of the FA Cup First Round for his performance against Portsmouth last month and needs your votes!

The striker, who found the back of the net twice in that game, has been put forward for the award with Sam Clucas (Mansfield Town), Connor Jennings (Macclesfield Town) and Alastair Worboys (Brackley Town).

You can vote for Francois HERE and have until midday on Tuesday 3rd December to do so.

The player who tops the poll will receive a commemorative Budweiser Player of the Round trophy and he will also be invited to The FA Cup Final at Wembley next May as a guest of The FA and Budweiser.

The panel which made the nominations comprises The Sun journalist Jim Munro, commentator Mark Pougatch, FA Historian David Barber, who has attended over 420 FA Cup ties, and John Fowler. John secured his place on the panel after entering an online competition in conjunction with Budweiser.

The selections for the First Round Proper are as follows:

Sam Clucas, Mansfield Town
The striker bagged four as Mansfield came from behind to thrash St Albans City 8-1.

Connor Jennings, Macclesfield Town
Conference side Macclesfield pulled off a shock as they knocked out Swindon for the second season running – and Connor Jennings scored a brace in their 4-0 win.

Alastair Worby, Brackley Town
Glenn Walker may have received the plaudits for his match-winner against League One Gillingham, as Brackley booked their place in Round Two for the first time, but goalkeeper Alastair Worby was just as important with a string of fine saves.

Francois Zoko, Stevenage
Ivorian Francois Zoko scored twice as Stevenage beat 2008 FA Cup winners Portsmouth 2-1.
