Whilst pre-season preparations on the pitch have seen the players fly out to La Manga today, work is also continuing off the pitch to ensure The Lamex Stadium will be looking its best for the new campaign.
A number of volunteers have been helping out at the stadium this week, assisting the ground staff with painting and general maintenance around the ground. These include a mixture of Supporters Association members, other Boro fans and a team from Ridgemond Training, all of whom we'd like to thank for their hard work so far.
Anyone else who is interested in volunteering this week can simply turn up at main reception each day from 10am.
