The young midfielder, who made his first appearances for Boro against Swindon Town and MK Dons at the end of the season just gone, has been called up by his country for its fixture against Cyprus at the Makarion Stadium in Nicosia on Thursday 30th May.
Ball could well come up against a familiar face with Boro team-mate Anthony Furlonge named in the Cyprus U21 squad earlier this month.
