If you're 16-18 years old we've got a great opportunity for you...

Stevenage FC have teamed up with Biggleswade Town and Marriotts School to host their Elite Development Programme - Boro’s premier programme for young footballers who have an ambition to make a career out of the sport.

The Elite Development Programme will give teenagers the opportunity to gain qualifications to work in the sports industry, train and compete in a professional football environment whilst gaining important qualifications.

As well as gaining an excellent footballing education, the programme will also give the participants a BTEC Level 3 extended diploma in sport – a qualification that will help you get into university. FA Coaching qualifications will also be earned in what is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

The Elite Development Programme is a brilliant way for young, willing talent to build a platform for their future playing and non-playing careers.

Trials have been scheduled for the 26th April, 24th May and 28th June at Biggleswade Town FC and the 19th April, 17th May and 21st June at Marriotts school.

The trials are open for all 16 -18 year olds who have achieved or have predicted five GCSEs at A-C grade including English and Maths.

If you're interested in attending the trials at Marriotts school, email whilst those interested in a trial at Biggleswade Town should email and ask for an application form.
