LAST TIME WE MET:

Stevenage lost 4-0 on Boxing Day in a game which Graham Westley described as “probably as low a point as I can remember having as Stevenage manager”.

Boro capitulated in the first half and were 3-0 down after half an hour thanks to goals from Turgott, Ibehre and Eastmond. Eastmond grabbed his second of the game on 77 minutes which completed the rout.

TEAM NEWS:

Darius Charles and Jon Mousinho are both a doubt for the weekend with both players missing training this week. GW hinted at a couple of other knocks within the squad but he's hopeful of having a strong squad to select from.

VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM:

“It’s a seven team league. We’ve got to get in the top 3 and we’re bottom of the seven team league. We’re playing the league leaders on Saturday and we can go within one point of winning. We have to win, it's simple. No decision to make. No choice. Got to win the points. It’s on our patch, our home ground and we're looking forward to it. We know what we have to do and it’s up to us to get it done.”

RECENT FORM:

Although four points above Boro, Colchester are looking over their shoulders as only goal difference is keeping them out of the bottom four. They have the worst form in the league over their last eight games with only one win and one draw. Most of Colchester’s troubles have come away from home and in their last five away games; they’ve lost every one.

ONLINE COVERAGE:

As always, we’ll be providing minute-by-minute updates on our Twitter account, with the key incidents reported live on our Facebook page. The best matchday photos will be posted on the clubs Instagram account.

You can listen to the game live on Boro Player, where all the post-match interviews will be uploaded to after the game.
