Ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League 2 game against Wycombe Wanderers here at The Lamex Stadium, the Club would like to remind fans that all ticket vouchers must be redeemed in advance of a match day and cannot be used at the turnstiles.
All vouchers can be exchanged for tickets in person from the Club Shop prior to a match day, including the following:
- Bring a Friend vouchers included in season ticket books
- Complimentary tickets won via local school fetes and charitable organisation raffles
- Discounted ticket vouchers provided as part of the Supporter Loyalty Card scheme
The Club understands this is a new procedure for the fans and has been flexible during pre-season, allowing some supporters to exchange vouchers on the day of a game. However moving forward fans will no longer be able to do this.
In addition, the Club is also aware that the Bring a Friend vouchers in some season ticket books state that the voucher must be torn from the book in the presence of the turnstile operator. This is a printing error and supporters are still required to redeem their vouchers in advance, as they will not be accepted on the turnstiles.
The Club Shop is open from 10am-5pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays and 1pm to 7pm on a Wednesday.
Currently there is no way of redeeming vouchers online, however if season ticket holders are unable to visit the Club Shop in advance to exchange their Bring a Friend vouchers they are invited to email seasontickets@stevenagefc.com and arrange to collect their tickets on the day from the ticket office on surrender of their vouchers. Alternatively season ticket holders can call the Club on 01438 223223 to arrange.
