Fresh from his hat-trick against Chesham United on Saturday, Adam Marriott took time to speak to Boro Player after the game about his performance.
He told us, “That’s my job to score goals and to get three today was really, really pleasing. You’ve got to be in the right place to score goals. I got on the end of a few flicks and a few knockdowns today and managed to score a few goals which was pleasing.
“Darius is brilliant to play with. He holds the ball up well for me and that’s where I get into the game. Obviously I’m not the biggest, I can’t do that all the time so it’s good that he’s up there with me.”
