Season ticket holders for 2014/15 who ordered by Friday 27th June are available to collect their season ticket books from 1pm today, Wednesday 9th July, at the Boro Shop.
One of the many benefits of being a 2014/15 season ticket holder is the entitlement to one free pre-season friendly* and £5 entry to all other pre-season friendlies.
On collection of their season ticket books fans will be able to exchange their “Free pre-season friendly” voucher (Voucher A) for their chosen game and pay for tickets for any other matches they wish to attend.
Please note season ticket holders will be required to sort their free or £5 tickets in advance of a matchday and will not be able to sort in the Boro Shop, Ticket Office or turnstiles on the day of a game. This is one of a number of matchday changes being implemented this season involving turnstiles and vouchers.
This change is particularly important to note for the following supporters:
- New season ticket holders in the West Stand as some new season ticket seats bought in recent weeks will have already been sold for the pre-season game against West Ham.
- Other fans who have purchased a season ticket since the Friday 27th June deadline are not currently scheduled to receive their season ticket book in time for pre-season, although the club is working with its suppliers to ensure early delivery.
Should season ticket holders not be able to visit the Boro Shop they can book their free pre-season game and pay for their £5 games by calling the Club on 01438 223223 or by emailing the new dedicated season ticket holder email address email@example.com
with details for a call back. These tickets can then be collected with your season ticket when you're able to visit the Club.
On a match day Turnstile 1 (West Stand) and Turnstile 9 (East Terrace) have been allocated dedicated Season Ticket Holder entry points, allowing for swift entry into The Lamex Stadium.
