Four of Boro’s loanees were in league action this weekend with all of them suffering defeats for their respective teams.
In the Skrill Premier, Dani Lopez played the full game for Barnet as they lost their first game in six with a 3-1 home reverse to Woking. The Spaniard played up front on his own and created a couple of chances to score but was thwarted by Cards ‘keeper Howe.
In Skrill South Matt Ball featured for Farnborough in their 3-0 defeat at Ebbsfleet, who themselves were missing Boro loanee Michael Thalassitis with a wrist injury.
Jamie Carey-Morell’s Arlesey Town suffered a 1-0 loss at home to Bashley in the Calor League Premier Division, whilst in Scotland James Dunne played 90 minutes in St Johnstone’s 1-0 SPL defeat at Aberdeen.
