The winner of the FA Cup first round replay between Maidstone and Stevenage will face an away trip to Vanarama Conference Premier side Wrexham in the second round.
The draw was made moments ago from the National Football Museum in Manchester and was broadcast live on BBC Two, Radio 5 Live and also on the BBC Sport website.
Wrexham saw off Macclesfield Town in fourth round qualifying with a 5-2 win in the replay, after the initial tie finished 1-1. They then beat Woking 3-0 at home on Saturday to reach the second round stage.
News on Stevenage's first round replay at Maidstone United will be released when details are confirmed.
