Come and join our friendly finance team!

Stevenage Football Club is looking for an experienced Part Time Management Accountant & Bookkeeper to work in our small and friendly finance department.

The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day running of one of the companies within the Group.

Duties to include:
•Assistance in producing Management Accounts and supplying key financial information as necessary
•Processing of purchase invoices and reconciliation of creditors/ledger
•Preparation of payment runs
•Posting of journals and Inter-company transactions within the SFC Group
•Processing of sales invoices and reconciliation of debtors/ledger and limited credit control
•Liaison with Finance colleagues within Group
•Preparation of bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
•Assistance with developing budget and forecast and periodic reviews
•VAT returns
•Various reconciliations and analysis as required

Skills required:
•A working knowledge of Sage Line 50 is required along with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation
•AAT qualified or similar
•3 years + experience
•Advanced Excel

Salary dependent on experience
