ROAR STEVENAGE ON TWICE THIS WEEK AS THE PLAYOFF RACE CONTINUES!

10 April 2015

Cheer your local team on this weekend against the Cobblers and then against Portsmouth on Tuesday!

The race for the Sky Bet League 2 playoffs is hotting up and with just five games remaining Stevenage currently lead the chasing pack and occupy one of those coveted playoff positions.

With three of Boro's remaining games at The Lamex, home advantage could prove crucial as we bid to stay in the top seven and that's where you come in.

The management and players alike have spoken about the great atmosphere at home and how intimidating the Boro faithful can make it for opposition teams. We need your noise not once but twice over the next week and that of all your friends and family - bring everyone along!

This Saturday 11th we welcome Northampton to The Lamex. The Cobblers are still harboring hopes of a late playoff charge themselves, it's up to Boro to boost their own chances and dent the visitors and you (yes, you!) can make such a difference.

It's a Category A game and buying tickets in advance will always save you money. You can even collect tickets on the day if you wish. Simply visit www.borotickets.co.uk and select the required game or visit the Club Shop, the opening hours for which can be found here.

Remember our family packages for the West Stand (home fans) or South Stand (away fans) are also only available in advance.

Just three days after the Northampton game, Portsmouth visit The Lamex on Tuesday 14th and you can also buy tickets for that game now. Pompey will be roared on by another big travelling support and we need your noise once again as the push for the playoffs continue.

Tuesday night home games under the lights have always been special and we want to recreate that special atmosphere once more. Did you know that Boro are undefeated in 22 of their 25 Football League games at home on a Tuesday night? Throw in four additional cup wins over the years and the fact that there have been 29 goals in the nine midweek games (all competitions) this season and you've no reason not to be here!

Tickets for this Category B game can be purchased now at www.borotickets.co.uk.
