We preview Saturday's big game...

Northampton Town

Sky Bet League 2

Saturday 11th April 2015

The Lamex Stadium, Stevenage, SG2 8RH

Kick-off: 3pm

Ticket news:

Advance tickets are available until 5pm Friday 10th April in-store and online. On the day of the game tickets are on sale in the ticket office and also at the cash turnstiles.

Don’t forget we also have a home game on Tuesday night against Portsmouth, so make sure you get your tickets in advance to save yourself a few quid!

Team news:

Ronnie Henry is unlikely to feature again on Saturday after missing the last two games with a hip problem. Roarie Deacon may also miss out after getting injured shortly after coming on against Cheltenham, but David McAllister may be involved again after being named on the bench on Monday. Jon Ashton pulled up in the warm-ups and is therefore a major doubt.

There have been no new set-backs for Harry Worley as he builds up his fitness whilst training with the first team and he may be available for selection. Unfortunately both Calvin Zola and Adam Marriott are unlikely to make it back before the end of the season.

The story so far…

Although they have stumbled a little recently, The Cobblers have been on a roll since the beginning of the year and are now hot on the heels of Boro and the play-offs. The first few months of the season were disappointing for Northampton fans but a late storm up the table including seven wins out of nine across January and February mean they are now just five points back. As mentioned, their form has stalled recently though, just one win out of their last five games makes Saturday a “must-win” game for them.

Betting with Sky Bet:

Boro are home favourites at 6/5 with official league sponsors, Sky Bet.

Think the goals will fly in for Boro? It is 3/1 to back Stevenage -1 and 6/1 for Boro to win both halves.

Last time out at home we drew 2-2, you can back the same score line at 12/1.

Don't forget, for every pound you bet with Sky Bet, you’ll earn a Transfer Fund Token giving you a chance of winning £5,000 for yourself and £250,000 for us to spend on players in the Sky Bet Transfer Fund.
