Team news:

The medical room is as busy as it's been this season as a whole host of players are either out or in-doubt for the game on Tuesday; including Calcutt, Marriott, Pett, Worley, Okimo, McAllister, Zola and Parrett.

There's positive news as far as Harry Worley is concerned; he was given the green light from a consultant last week and is now in non-contact training, just a few weeks away from full training.

View from the dressing room:

GW, speaking after the weekend’s defeat to Mansfield said we’ll need to improve to pick up the three points on Tuesday.

“It’s a real tough fixture, these are a decent outfit. I went to watch them at Accrington and they’ve got tons of quality players in their eleven and on their bench.

“So it’s going to be a real tough encounter on Tuesday; we’re going to have to be a lot, lot better than we were today (on Saturday) to get anything out of the game. So we know we’ve got a lot of work to do, we’ve got to get ourselves geared up now to bounce back.”

The story so far…

Bury were pre-season favourites for the title and everything looked in order as after 14 games, they were only two points off top. Bury were brushing teams aside at home and battling for the tough points away but couldn’t sustain their form and soon began dropping down the table.

The Shakers currently occupy the final play-off place, just four points ahead of Boro.
