We announced the loan arrival of Jamille Matt earlier this afternoon and now here's your chance to learn a bit more about the striker.

Below are 10 things about the 26-year old striker that you may or may not be aware of!

1) Jamille is a product of the Sutton Coldfield Town youth set-up and scored 15 times in 2009/10, plus 6 in 19 at the start of 2010/11, attracting the attention of Kidderminster Harriers.

2) Matt signed for the Aggborough side on non-contract basis in November 2010, signing his first contract in May 2011.

3) Northampton Town had three bids for Matt rejected in December 2011 after the striker began 2011/12 with eight goals in the first few months of the season.

4) Jamille’s form in 2011/12 saw the striker hit 10 goals in 32 games, earning him a call-up to the England C team, before citizenship issues saw his season end prematurely in March.

5) Jamille scored a total of 22 goals in 62 games for Kidderminster. This included eight goals in his final eight games for the club.

6) In January 2013 Fleetwood Town broke their club record transfer fee to sign Matt.

7) The striker scored on his second appearance for the Cod Army, going on to score 3 times in 14 appearances in League 2 that season.

8) 2013/14 saw Jamille find the back of the net 10 times, helping Fleetwood to promotion from League 2 via the playoffs.
