APPRENTICESHIP VACANCIES IN STEVENAGE FC FOUNDATION

Stevenage FC Foundation is seeking highly motivated, responsible and committed individuals to work within its expanding community programme.  

The Foundation has five apprenticeships available for the 16/17 season to support the work undertaken in the local community. We are currently seeking 16-18 year olds to join the team and continue their education whilst gaining vital real life work experience.

Apprentices can complete either a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport (x4) or a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Services (x1).

Job Title: Community Coach Apprentice (x4) & Customer Service Apprentice (x1)
Reports To: Head of Foundation & School Sport Manager
Location: Various locations across Stevenage and Hertfordshire
Contract: 30 hours per week
Salary: £3.30 per hour (£99 per week)

Job Purpose: 
Customer Services Apprentice
To support the day to day running of the Foundation by providing administrative support to office in an efficient, friendly and accurate manner. Including working alongside the Senior Management Team to assist with projects delivered by the Foundation. For a full job specification please click here.

Community Coach Apprentice
To support the delivery of high quality school & community based coaching for all ages in Stevenage and surrounding area, enabling individuals to develop their abilities to their potential and enjoy physical activity which will encourage them to sustain activity levels. Entry Requirements:
• 5 GCSE’s, at A-E grade with one preferably in Sport
• Young people must be 16 -18 years old on commencement of programme

Successful applicants will be required to take part in a practical and sit down interview.
