Ahead of our Boxing Day home fixture against Cambridge United, here is all the essential information you need in our Match Pack:
Tickets - Stevenage fans
This game is a Category A game so in-advance prices range from £4 to £22. Tickets are available for all home areas of the ground at in-advance prices until 5pm on Friday 23rd in the club shop, or midnight on Christmas Day online at www.borotickets.co.uk.
Tickets will also be available on all home cash turnstiles on Monday at the following match day prices:

Tickets - Cambridge United fans
Cambridge have ceased advance sales and just over 150 away tickets have been returned to Stevenage. These will be on sale on a first-come, first-served basis from the Stevenage FC ticket office only (in-person, no telephone sales) on Boxing Day. The ticket office is located adjacent to the Stevenage FC club shop in the West Stand and will be open from midday on Monday. There will be no away tickets available on the cash turnstiles .
Collecting match tickets or half season tickets?
The club shop will be open from midday on Boxing Day for anyone to buy merchandise, get Loyalty Cards stamped or purchase or collect half season tickets. The ticket office will be open from midday, allowing fans to collect pre-booked tickets and purchase tickets for our upcoming games against Colchester (H), Doncaster Rovers (A), Newport (H) and Plymouth (A).
Parking
Free parking for 500 cars is available at Fairlands Valley car park, to the north of the ground.
Please do not park on the grass verges alongside the A602 as your vehicle is likely to be ticketed by the local authorities.
Please also do not park in the adjacent Roaring Meg retail park. Parking is restricted to 90 minutes on all match days, which come in to effect two hours before kick-off. Anyone exceeding this time limit could face a £100 fine.
Parking restrictions are also in place in the Roaring Meg South retail park (Wickes & The Range) and the Roebuck Retail Park (Dunelm Mill, In n Out, Maplin, PC World etc)
Any fans parking in residential streets are asked to be considerate with their parking and not to block driveways and cause inconvenience for local residents.
Shuttle bus service
Our Arriva match day shuttle bus is in operation on Boxing Day. The service runs in a loop from Stevenage bus station (Stop K - outside Matalan) and Stevenage railway station (Stop N) to The Lamex Stadium (North Terrace bus stop). All supporters, including Cambridge fans, are invited to use this shuttle which costs just £1 return. The first shuttle will be approximately two hours before kick-off and post-match services will operate until 5.45pm. Our updated shuttle bus timetable can be found here.
Please note that despite no trains running on Boxing Day, the shuttle bus will keep to its normal route & timetable.
Pre-Match Food & Drink
The Broadhall Suite will be open to Stevenage and Cambridge United fans from midday and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy bar snacks, food and drink on a match day. Located in the south-east corner of the ground, just past the away turnstiles, it's easily accessible for all supporters. The early Premier League kick-off between Watford and Crystal Palace will be live on the TVs from 12.30pm.
The Corner Bar
Fans in both the North and East Terraces can enjoy a drink inside the ground at the Corner Bar located in the north-east corner of the ground. The bar opens at the same time as the turnstiles and sells Carlsberg, London Pride, San Miguel, Kopparberg, wine, WKD and water.
Weather
It's forecast to be a fair yet breezy day in Stevenage on Boxing Day. The temperature at kick-off is expected to be around the 6 degree celsius mark, but the wind chill will make it more like 3 degrees so wrap up!
Player Post
Fans of all ages can now write directly to the Stevenage FC players and management using our new Player Post service. Two small red post boxes have been installed in the West Stand and East Terrace, allowing supporters to post directly to the first team. Whether it's a message for a particular player, a birthday card, Christmas cards for your favourite players or anything else, simply post it in one of these two boxes and we'll ensure the players receive this. Leave an email and your name and we'll also ensure each message is responded to.
The post boxes can be found on the East Terrace catering / toilet block and by the West Stand toilet facilities to the north of the ground. Additional post boxes may be installed at other locations around the ground in due course.

12pm - Club shop and ticket office opens.
12pm - The Broadhall Suite opens to home and away fans.
12.30pm - Watford v Crystal Palace live on the Broadhall Suite TVs
12.54pm - The first bus shuttle service leaves Stevenage bus station, Stop K
1.45pm (approx) - Turnstiles open. The Corner Bar opens inside ground for fans in North and East Terrace.
2pm (approx) - Team news revealed on Twitter
3pm Kick-off - Stevenage v Cambridge United
3.45pm (approx) - Half Time. 50/50 draw and STS Tyre Pros "Through the Tyre Challenge"
4.45pm (approx) - Full Time
5.45pm - The final bus shuttle service departs The Lamex Stadium

Q. How do I get to The Lamex?
A. Stevenage is easily accessible from locations around the country with The Lamex Stadium also simple to find once you're here. (Click here to download a copy of the below map)
By Car (postcode is SG2 8RH
- Leave A1(M) at Junction 7 and head into Stevenage.
- Cross over first roundabout (2nd exit)
- Cross over second roundabout (2nd exit) and parking (500 spaces) is available on your left at Fairlands Valley car park. The ground will be on your right.

By Rail
Please note there are no rail services from or to Stevenage railway station on Boxing Day. There are however plenty of pay & display car parks around the railway station if you wish to park in town and catch our shuttle bus to the stadium.
On arrival at the station you then have three options to continue your journey to The Lamex:
By Shuttle Bus: Use our shuttle bus service which runs from the bus station and railway station to The Lamex Stadium for just £1 return. For all the details and timetable, please click here.
By Taxi: A taxi will take five minutes and cost approximately £5. Turn left out of the ticket barriers, take the next left down stairs and the taxi rank is immediately on your left.
By Foot: The railway station is approximately one mile from the ground and is easily accessible using the town's footpaths and pedestrian underpasses. Turn left out of the ticket barriers and take the next stairs on the right, prior to the bridge. Head along the A602, Lytton Way, with the railway and car parks on your right hand side. At the roundabout with Stevenage police station, take the second exit into Six Hills Way. At the next roundabout take the third exit (right) continuing along the A602 Monkswood Road, passing Asda on your right and North Herts College. After about 1/2 a mile you will arrive at a roundabout and The Lamex will be directly in front of you.
Q. What time is the club shop and ticket office open?
A. The club shop will be open from midday on Monday. The ticket office will be open from midday, allowing fans to collect pre-booked tickets and purchase tickets for upcoming games.
Once inside the ground, fans in the East Terrace will also have the chance to buy official club merchandise from the Supporters Association hut there.
Q. What time will the gates open?
A. All turnstiles will open from approximately 1.45pm.
Q. Where do I enter the ground?
A. Where to enter the stadium depends on your ticket. Find your correct gate below and then click on the link beneath to download a copy of our stadium map.
- Home fans in the West Stand (seats) need to enter through Gates 2-4 to the north of the ground or Gate 21 to the south of the ground.
- Home fans in the North Terrace (standing) need to enter through Gates 5-8.
- Home fans in the East Terrace (standing) need to enter through Gates 10-12 (to the north of the ground) or Gates 13-16 underneath the centre of the East Terrace. Season ticket holders can enter through Gate 9.
- Cambridge fans will be situated in the South Stand (seats), accessible through Gates 17-19.
- Press and scouts are required to collect passes from the Executive Suite underneath the South (away) Stand.
- Corporate hospitality guests will enter the stadium through the Directors & Hospitality entrance.

Q. How much is a programme?
A. Priced at £3, our match day programme will be available around the stadium on Boxing Day and features a range of features including four kids pages, player interviews and fan features. Read more information here.
Q. Is there food available inside the ground?
A. Yes, all four stands have tea bars under new management for 2016/17 which offer freshly prepared food! Please see an example of one of last season's menus below which provide an idea of the products and prices...
Q. How will I know where to find the nearest tea bar, toilets etc?
A. The easiest way to find the nearest tea bar, toilets and exit is by following the arrows on our pitchside gate signs (see below), at the front of each stand. Alternatively you can ask a steward.
Q. What if I have questions on the day?
A. If you have any questions during your visit then please don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly stewards. They’ll be able to help you out with any queries – no matter how little – from finding your seat to pointing you in the right direction for the nearest toilets, tea bars etc.

Q. If I have a brilliant experience and want to come again, where can I buy tickets for future matches?
A. There are four ways you can buy tickets at The Lamex Stadium:
1) Online at www.borotickets.co.uk.
2) In person from the club shop.
3) From the ticket office on the day of a game (open from midday for a Saturday home match and from 5pm for a midweek home match). This is also where tickets bought online for collection can be collected from.
4) On the turnstiles on the day of the game
