Local sides rush to sign up to The Lamex Cup...
Local grassroots clubs have rushed to sign up to a 6-a-side football tournament being held here at The Lamex Stadium in May.
Such has been the level of interest that spaces now only remain available for the Under-11 and Under-12 age groups.
Held on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th May, The Lamex Cup will be a 6-a-side football tournament for local football teams from Under-7 to Under-12 age groups taking place on The Lamex Stadium pitch.
Fees are £50 per team (if 1 team entered), £45 per team (2 teams) or £40 (3 teams). Entry to the stadium for spectators during the tournament will be £2 adults, £1 U16s.
