Pilates sessions with former Stevenage FC defender Jon Ashton are starting later this month at the Stevenage FC Academy at Shephalbury.
As well as helping you achieve your health, fitness and mobility targets, Ashton Pilates is fully focused on helping people achieve a healthy state of mind.
Sessions will be held every Wednesday from 20th January, running from 6pm-7pm, although if demand exceeds the one session a further one from 7pm-8pm will take place.
Sessions will run in six week blocks and the cost of a block is £60. Alternatively single sessions cost £12.50.
