The club can confirm that Craig Smith will join the First Team Management staff as Head of Sports Science.
Craig has joined the club to provide strength and conditioning services along with a particular focus on physical performance enhancement, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
He has previously worked at Leyton Orient, Northampton, West Ham and the Charlton Athletic Academy.
