Both played 90 minutes in this European qualifer with Mark opening the scoring on 59 minutes. Macedonia equalised a minute later but were later reduced to 10 men, with Northern Ireland snatching a late winner to seal all three points.
That win gives Northern Ireland three points from their two games in this mini qualifying tournament with hosts Poland next up on Tuesday.
