A quick round-up of all our players out on loan...
In the Ryman Premier Division, Dipo Akinyemi scored his first goal since returning to Dulwich Hamlet in their 2-0 win over third-placed Needham Market.
The striker fired his side into a 13th minute lead and then saw a couple of other first-half chances saved. He continued to be a threat in the second half, seeing one effort crash against the bar and a second goal ruled out for a foul on the ‘keeper, before being replaced in the 81st minute. That result in front of a crowd of 1,960 at Champion Hill keeps Dulwich in the hunt for the playoffs.
Jake Hyde’s Maidenhead United bounced back from a recent defeat to win 2-1 against Whitehawk, although the Boro striker did not make the squad this week. The Magpies remain second in Vanarama National League South, level on points and goal difference with leaders Ebbsfleet who also won on Saturday.
Finally Rowan Liburd was an unused sub in Leyton Orient’s 3-2 home defeat to Notts County. The striker has made three appearances for the O’s since joining on transfer deadline day, but did not feature in Saturday’s defeat which leaves them 23rd in Sky Bet League 2.
