It all comes down to this... Information & F&Qs ahead of Saturday's big game.


Timings:

Please be reminded that kick-off is at 5:30pm for all Sky Bet League Two fixtures on the final day of the regular season.

The Club Shop & Ticket Office will be open from 2:30pm.

The Broadhall Suite will be open from 2:00pm.

Our End of Season Awards presentation will take place in the Broadhall Suite from 7:30pm, after the final whistle.

Tickets:

Saturday's game is a Category B fixture and tickets are available either in advance or on the day of the game. 

Please note that seats in the West Stand are quickly filling up so to avoid disappointment, we advise buying your ticket ASAP.



Advance tickets are cheaper and are on sale until 5pm on Friday in the club shop or midnight online.

Both HOME & AWAY fans can pay on the day from either the ticket office or straight from the cash turnstiles at the following prices:

West Stand (home fans) and South Stand (away fans)

Adult - £22
Concession - £19
U22 - £14
U16 - £10
U12 - £8

East Terrace and North Terrace (home fans)

Adult - £18
Concession - £16
U22 - £11
U16 - £8
U12 - £5

Club Shop/Ticket Office:

The club shop and ticket office will be open from 2:30pm on Saturday for anyone wishing to buy merchandise or tickets. The ticket office is also the point for fans to collect their pre-bought tickets.

Shop Sale:

All remaining training wear and replica kit has been dramatically reduced inside the club shop and online. 

All remaining replica shirts & training wear is now massively reduced.

Parking:

Parking is available for all fans at Fairlands Valley car park, just across the road from the North Terrace. Please use the underpass when crossing the road.

Can fans also please note that any vehicles parked on the grass verges alongside the A602 will likely result in a ticket by the local authorities.

Parking is not allowed in the adjacent retail parks and is restricted to 90 minutes on all match days, which come in to effect two hours before kick-off. Anyone exceeding this time limit could face a £100 fine. 

Any fans parking in residential streets are asked to be considerate with their parking and not to block driveways and cause inconvenience for local residents.





Shuttle bus service:

Our Arriva matchday shuttle bus service is up and running on Saturday despite the late kick-off time.

The bus runs in a loop from Stevenage Bus Station (Stop K) and Stevenage Railway Station (Stop N) to The Lamex Stadium (North Terrace bus stop). 

All supporters, including away fans, are invited to use this shuttle which costs just £1 return.

From the Bus Station: 15:24, 15:49, 16:14, 1639, 17:04.


Return from the Lamex Stadium: 19:10, 19:30, 19:50, 20:15.

 






Pre/Post-Match Food & Drink:

The Broadhall Suite will be open to BOTH home and away fans from 2pm and is the perfect place to enjoy some food and drink on a matchday. Located in the south-east corner of the ground, it is easily accessible for all supporters.

We have 90 minute madness from 3pm - 4:30pm where selected drinks will be reduced in price.



Awards:

Please join us in the Broadhall Suite after the game for our annual awards ceremony. Complimentary food will be available whilst drinks are on sale at normal prices.

The Corner Bar:

Fans in both the North and East Terraces can enjoy a drink inside the ground at the Corner Bar located in the north-east side of the ground. The bar opens when the turnstiles open and sells Carlsberg, London Pride, San Miguel, Kopparberg, wine, WKD and water.

Q. How do I get to The Lamex?

A. Stevenage is easily accessible from locations around the country with The Lamex Stadium also simple to find once you're here. (Click here to download a copy of the below map)
 
 

By Car (SG2 8RH)

- Leave A1(M) at Junction 7 and head into Stevenage. 
- Cross over first roundabout (2nd exit) 
- Cross over second roundabout (2nd exit) and parking (500 spaces) is available on your left at Fairlands Valley car park. The ground will be on your right.

By Rail

Stevenage railway station is on the East Coast main line and has regular services running between the capital and the north. Great Northern trains run between London Kings Cross (from 25 mins) and Peterborough (50 mins). Many Virgin East Coast mainline services also stop at Stevenage providing travel options between London, Leeds, York, Newcastle and Edinburgh.
 
On arrival at the station you then have three options to continue your journey to The Lamex:

By Shuttle Bus: Use our shuttle bus service which runs from the bus station and railway station to The Lamex Stadium for just £1 return. For all the details and timetable, please click here.

By Taxi: A taxi will take five minutes and cost approximately £5. Turn left out of the ticket barriers, take the next left down stairs and the taxi rank is immediately on your left.
 
By Foot: The railway station is approximately one mile from the ground and is easily accessible using the town's footpaths and pedestrian underpasses. Turn left out of the ticket barriers and take the next stairs on the right, prior to the bridge. Head along the A602, Lytton Way, with the railway and car parks on your right hand side. At the roundabout with Stevenage police station, take the second exit into Six Hills Way. At the next roundabout take the third exit (right) continuing along the A602 Monkswood Road, passing Asda on your right and North Herts College. After about 1/2 a mile you will arrive at a roundabout and The Lamex will be directly in front of you.
 
Q. What time is the club shop and ticket office open?

A. The club shop and ticket office will be open from 2:30pm.

Once inside the ground, fans in the East Terrace will also have the chance to buy official club merchandise from the Supporters Association hut.

Q. What time will the gates open?

A. All turnstiles will be open from approximately 4:00pm.

Q. Where do I enter the ground?

A. Where to enter the stadium depends on your ticket. Find your correct gate below and then click on the link beneath to download a copy of our stadium map.
 
- Home fans in the West Stand (seats) need to enter through Gates 1-4 (to the north of the ground) or Gate 21 (south).
- Home fans in the North Terrace (standing) need to enter through Gates 5-8.
- Home fans in the East Terrace (standing) need to enter through Gates 10-12 (to the north of the ground) or Gates 13-16 underneath the centre of the East Terrace. Season ticket holders can enter through Gate 9.
- Barnet fans will be situated in the South Stand (seats), accessible through Gates 17-20.
- Press and scouts are required to collect passes from the Executive Suite underneath the South (away) Stand.
- Corporate hospitality guests will enter the stadium through the Directors & Hospitality entrance.

Q. How much is a programme?

A. Priced at £3, our match day programme will be available around the stadium on Saturday and features a range of features including four kids pages, player interviews and fan features. Read more information here.


 
Q. Is there food available inside the ground?

A. Yes, all four stands have tea bars under new management for 2016/17. 

Q. How will I know where to find the nearest tea bar, toilets etc?

A. The easiest way to find the nearest tea bar, toilets and exit is by following the arrows on our pitchside gate signs (see below), at the front of each stand. Alternatively you can ask a steward.

 

Q. How do I report an incident of discrimination, harassment or abuse?

A. You can speak to a nearby steward who will help you report the incident. Alternatively, you could download and report incidents using the Kick It Out Reporting App.

Q. What if I have questions on the day?

A. If you have any questions during your visit then please don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly stewards. They will be able to help you out with any queries you may have.
