“We like giving the young players an opportunity in senior football. Andronicos Georgiou is a second year apprentice and Luke Wade-Slater is a first year pro.
“They have been slowly pecking away in the background for a chance and because of the injures and international call ups, I thought it was suitable today to bring them along.
“If we could get them on the pitch and showcase how good our production of young players is, we will do so.
“We have started that process for them individuals and hopefully we will carry that on.”

“Jack King is obviously getting closer so we will hopefully welcome them all back at some point this week or next and move onto two great games. Two really testing games and if I was a player I would be looking at my calendar thinking ‘I am looking forward to that one’.”
