Stevenage FC Academy are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, customer service orientated person to join their team at Shephalbury.
Working front of house, you will be responsible for assisting in the co-ordination of all activities at Stevenage FC Academy. This includes, but is not limited to: bookings, promotion, product innovation, updating information and administration.
Primary functions of the role will cover all front of house work, including phone responsibilities, customer relations and general assisting of the Facility Manager.
A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
The successful candidate will be required to work a Sunday-Thursday working week, with weekday shifts taking place between 5-10pm and Sunday 12–8pm. The role is part-time, 28 hours a week.
Requirements for the job include a good knowledge and standard of customer service, a strong telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team.
