Stevenage Manager Dino Maamria and his players visited the Lister Hospital on Thursday evening to deliver some Christmas cheer to the hard-working staff and poorly patients of the Bluebell Children's Ward...
The squad surprised children with presents for all ages, along with Club Shop Goodie-Bags and Selection Boxes whilst staff were provided with hot meals courtesy of WJ Rowe.
Luther James-Wildin, Alex Revell, Steve Seddon, Alex Reid, Jonny Hunt, Ben Kennedy, Joel Byrom, Kurtis Guthrie, Terence Vancooten and Ben Nugent all made the trip to Stevenage's local hospital and showed terrific enthusiasm to mingle and meet.
Boro Bear was also on-hand to lift spirits and as always, proved to be the most popular visitor out of the group.
The Club would like to thank the Supporters Association for all their help, particularly Jackie Berners and Lister Hospital's Claire Hickey who helped organise the event.
