Stevenage have agreed terms with Swindon Town for the signature of Johnny Goddard on a two and a half year deal.
The 24 year old attacking midfielder joined Swindon in May 2016 from Woking and made 55 appearances, 42 of which were in League One.
Boro acted quickly to secure the ex-England C international for an undisclosed fee after selling Tom Pett to Lincoln, who was out of contract at the end of the season.
