Video & Quotes from the skipper...
- Ronnie on impressive home form...
“We are doing well at home aren’t we? We are a good side at home and are scoring a lot of goals.
“The start of the game wasn’t good enough. We conceded a sloppy goal early on that we had to dig ourselves out of it and we did well in the end.
“To concede in the first few minutes is tough and the boys could have crumbled really but we didn’t do that. We are never going to lay down and we always believe in ourselves.
“I know they had a few chances in the game but to win 4-1 was a great result in the end."
- Ronnie on the result being all that matters...
“They are a big side and I think we played into their hands a little bit, we didn’t pass the ball as well as we should do and we can.
“At the end of the day we needed a win and a win is a win. It is three points - that is all that matters at this stage and takes us into the weekend nicely.
“Like I said, we need to put a run together now in the league and you never know. There are a lot of points still to play for and if we can be strong enough and demand more from each other, we will get more out of each other and we will win games.
“We just need to show a bit more consistency and a bit more ruthlessness with each other and we will be fine."
- Ronnie on Saturday's FA Cup tie...
“It goes nicely now going into the FA Cup game at the weekend. It is good to get a win and we can have a right go at that now.
“They (the forwards) are looking good at the moment and can cause any team damage. We will have a good week training now up and we will look forward to it because it is a great competition.
“I enjoy the FA Cup, I think it is a fantastic cup and we have had great success over the the years that I have been here.
“We need to go into that all guns blazing, you never know what can happen."
