Working front of house, you will be responsible for assisting in the co-ordination of all activities at Stevenage FC Academy. This includes, but is not limited to: bookings, promotion, product innovation, updating information and administration.
Primary functions of the role will cover all front of house work, including phone responsibilities, social media management, customer relations and general assisting of the Facility Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to work Sunday-Thursday, with weekday shifts taking place between 5-10pm and Sunday 12–8pm.
The role is part-time, 28 hours a week.
Requirements for the job include a good knowledge and standard of customer service, a strong telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team.
