“I am very happy. The club has underachieved the past few seasons and change was needed. The new players that have come in are brilliant around the place. The young ones hungry to do well and the experienced ones making their voices heard, I think the mixture has been really good.
“They know exactly what is expected of them this season. We had a meeting this morning but that is between us.
“It wasn’t long, just a half an hour meeting and we are all clear about where we are going and now we crack on.”

“I think I would like another two more, maybe three. But we have got July to take a look and see what the market brings in and see if there is something that fits into what I am trying to do.
“I will be honest, I am not really going to try and explore loans unless I have to. I like to have our own players that we can go into the season with a tight group, all fighting for the same cause.
- Dino on Slovenian Training Camp next week…
“It is important with 9 new players in for them to gel. We will take them away for 5 days to Slovenia, a good place, with high altitude training and a different environment.
“I think it will bring the group closer together, quicker. We have done it I the past, it has been successful and the chairman has backed me to do it so we are looking forward to it.”
