It was another weather-affected weekend of football for the lads out on loan...

  • Kevin Lokko (Dover Athletic)

Dover produced the National League result of the weekend as they faced top-of-the-league, Macclesfield Town.

Kevin Lokko helped the Whites to a third straight clean sheet and victory as they beat the Silkmen 2-0 in convincing fashion.

Dover now sit 7th in the Vanarama National League table, one point off 4th place Tranmere Town, meaning the dream is still very much alive for Chris Kinnear’s men.

  • James Ferry & Ryan Johnson (Nuneaton Town)

Nuneaton’s recent 10 game unbeaten run came to a disappointing end on Saturday as Leamington condemned the Boro to a 1-0 defeat.

Both loanees, James Ferry and Ryan Johnson started for Nuneaton and played the full 90 minutes.

Nuneaton are now 13th in the Vanarama North table - just four points off 7th place - however, with plenty of teams around them with games in hand, it will now be an uphill challenge for Dino Maamria's side to make the play-offs.

  • Tom Conlon (Billericay Town)

Billericay’s game against Needham Market was called off due to a waterlogged pitch.

  • Jamie Gray (Royston Town)

Royston’s game against Banbury Town was also called off due to a snow-covered surface.
