Video & Quotes from the boss ahead of Saturday's game...

  • On coming into the game in good form...

"We are doing good. We are three points off third and have had a very good start, I did not expect it. It is credit to the players, their application has been second to none and the things they have picked up in three months.

"They are willing to learn and the coach-ability of the group has been brilliant, I couldn’t ask for any more. I think that reflects our position in the league, but right now it is about the Cup. The FA Cup is about who is good enough to win on the day, and we have got to find a way to win on Saturday."

  • On a difficult draw...

"Well the draw is the draw. Sometimes you get lucky and get a home tie. To get Plymouth, 300 miles away is a bit unfortunate. I have never done as much travelling in my life these last three months. It is another long journey but we have prepared right for it we are looking forward to it.

"They have a good manager and very good players, I know their team pretty well. Their front four are fantastic at that level. They won promotion a couple of years ago, they play good football, they have big home support. They have had a couple of big results lately. It is going to be a tough game but we have got to give it our best."

  • On the keys to victory...

"We will have to do our best work without the ball, cover distances and win our duals. We will have to dominate the ball and play football. Our best away performances, Carlisle, Crawley, Cheltenham we dominated possession. When we go away from home and dominate possession we normally get the right result.

"I love it, the players love it, we are looking forward to it. The FA Cup is a big part of what we do if we want to compete at this level and the level above. We will be giving it our all."
