Video & Quotes from the boss following Tuesday's draw...

  • On a game we should have won...

"We have our expectations and we worked very hard to win it. I thought we were fantastic in the first half, second half, although we dominated, I think we ran out of legs a little bit. It is understandable, we played 75 minutes more or less on Saturday with ten men, and you could see that took a toll on our players in the second half.

"First half we were brilliant, we did everything but score. It was unbelievable with Revs and the open goal, Kurtis and Luther also, we had 15 chances in the first half.

"As a back four, back five, I love clean sheets. It is our sixth clean sheet of the season and we never looked in danger.

"The important thing when you lose two games is if you fall off the horse, you get back on the horse. We got back on the horse, we got the point and we will kick on again."

  • On Revell's big chance...

"He was just unfortunate, you know? It was an open goal and if Alex tried that 100 times, he would score it 99 times out of them. It happens sometimes in football, he has scored a lot of goals in his career, Alex and he is a proven goal scorer.

"He works so hard for the team as well. Alex is my leader on the pitch and he is a fantastic player."

  • On Liam Smyth's debut...

"It is a shame that Danny Newton got a knock in training last Thursday, he probably would have been the difference for us tonight and we missed him. But the positive is that we got on Liam Smyth who has just turned 17.

"He made his (league) debut tonight which is fantastic for the football club, another debutante, it is something we do to build for the future."
