Stevenage Football Club prides itself on delivering a family-friendly matchday experience for all supporters, and promotes an equal opportunities environment irrespective of people’s faith, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or disability.
In an effort to help maintain and improve this environment, and to give supporters an increased opportunity to raise issues which may arise on a matchday, the Club is pleased to announce the launch a new SMS text service which will come into effect this Saturday for the visit of Crewe Alexandra.
Fans can now message the Matchday Control Room direct on 07565942294 to anonymously report any signs of abuse, anti-social behaviour, foul and abusive language or discrimination within the stadium.
This information will then be processed confidentially inline with the Club’s data processes and where deemed necessary suitable action will be considered and taken.
In addition, the Club have also increased its "Enjoy the Match" branding around the Lamex Stadium, to help reinforce a league-wide commitment to saying no to bad language and aggressive behaviour.
Stevenage face Crewe Alexandra at home on Saturday 20th October 2018 and tickets are available from £15 for adults & £5 for kids.
