Alex Revell looks ahead to Saturday's game...
- Revell on bouncing back...
“We need a big performance; I think that we were off it on Saturday, from minute one to ninety, for whatever reason. I am not sure what it was, it was a really disappointing performance from us. It was not like us at all.
“The only way we get over that now is by coming in on Monday and working hard every day to get a result on Saturday. To be honest with you, from Monday to where we are now, everybody has been working very, very hard to get a shirt for Saturday because when you lose games, they are up for grabs.
“We need to show that we are good enough to be in the top six of the league. It was disappointing but the manager came in Monday and said, ‘right, we cannot change that now, we can look at what we did wrong and from now on we are going to do it this way’ and we have done that all week.
“As a group whether you are new or you have been here years, you know full well, the only way to bounce back from that as a group is to go and put on a good performance on Saturday.
“We need to be together, whoever gets in the team, whoever is involved, whoever is not involved; we need to get the result that is right for the club, for the fans and everyone involved.
“We have all been pushing hard this week as a group, even the lads who have not played as much, all of them have been pushing in the same direction, and that is to get the right result on Saturday.”
