Quotes from the boss ahead of Saturday's big game...

  • Dino on last Saturday's game...

"We had a hiccup last weekend against Cambridge, but it is expected sometimes when you put a new team together. You might have good player after good player, but sometimes it does not work as well as you think when you put them together.

"At the minute we are looking for the right combination to suit every player. It happens with every team to you try to build, especially when bringing 15 players in, 19 players out.

"Of course I do not like changing the team too much, I like to play predictable really, keeping it at the same level all the time. But because we have not got that cohesion in the team, we have changed a couple of things to try and find what is best for the players."

  • Dino on keeping the positivity going...

"I am absolutely loving it. I love my team, the club, managing in this environment, managing those players, working for a great Chairman and the fans are absolutely fantastic, even after a bad performance like the one against Cambridge.

"The feedback is that there is a bit of a buzz around the town and we want to keep it that way.

"The most important thing is to stay consistent. Nothing would change for me if I was top of the league today, I would be saying the exact same thing as I am telling you today. It is a work in process, the quicker we gel as a team, the smoother the movement of the team and the better we will become."

  • Dino on being back at home...

"I want to keep the fans coming, that is what I want to do. I think that is the main thing about it (playing at home).

"I love playing at home, I love playing in-front of our fans, they back us from the first minute to the last minute.

"I enjoy being there with them and I think it is a bonus for the game to be at home. I hope the Cambridge game is over and done with and we can have a good performance and the score will look after itself so we can be back on the front-foot."
