"They wanted to play off long throw-ins, corners and free kicks, I think that was quite evident. They slowed the game down a lot, but as a team I think we could have dealt with it at times better. But overall, we got the win and that is what we come here to do on a Saturday.
"I think the thing is if you switch off once you are open to conceding off a throw-in or something like that. It would have been disappointing but everyone stayed on their jobs when it came to it. Especially in open play, we did not really feel threatened. I think they only had a couple shots.

"I obviously want to get forward. I want to help the team going forward as well as do the so-called nasty side of football and defend. I picked it up, I tried playing it into Kurtis and it rebounded but Newts had a worldie run to be fair. I found myself in there and put it in.
"I scored a couple last year for the Under 23s at Birmingham, but that is obviously my first senior goal. I am very happy with that."

"I enjoy it down here, it is a good place. It has got good people around; the lads are good. The banter is good, it is what it is all about.
"It is for me to experience everything. Whether that be left out of the squad because I was not good enough one week, scoring goals, getting clean sheets or conceding three last week and being able to bounce back. It is just getting all the different experiences that will help me become a better player, which I will.
"Everyone in there has got big aspirations. We all just want to work hard every week and get to the Saturday and try to get three points."
